- Full name and company name
- Work email address and telephone number
- Country of residence
- Service interest and project brief
- Preferred meeting date, time, and timezone
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels on this website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry or schedule a consultation call
- Store the record in our secure CRM (MongoDB Atlas) so our team can follow up
- Send internal notification emails via Resend
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox on our forms.
5. Data retention
We retain form submission records for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted unless an active client relationship requires longer retention.
